UTI Asset Management Company has allotted 6,001 equity shares under ESOS on 21 November 2023. Post the aforesaid allotment, the issued and paid-up share capital of the Company shall be increased from Rs 1,27,00,73,400 (12,70,07,340 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each) to Rs 1,27,01,33,410 (12,70,13,341 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each).
