UTI Asset Management Company has allotted 167 equity shares under ESOS on 25 October 2023. Post the aforesaid allotment, the issued and paid-up share capital of the Company shall be increased from Rs 1,27,00,09,540 (12,70,00,954 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each) to Rs 1,27,00,11,210 (12,70,01,121 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each).
