1. Redemption of unlisted 3,00,00,000 10% Non-Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid-up aggregating to Rs. 30 crore, at par on 30 October 2023 i.e. before their scheduled redemption dates.

2. Interim dividend on the 10% unlisted Non-Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares @ 10% per annum to be paid on pro rata basis for the period 1 April 2023 to 29th October 2023.
