Board of Happiest Minds Technologies recommends interim dividend
Of Rs 2.5 per share
Happiest Minds Technologies announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 17 October 2023, inter alia, have recommended the interim dividend of Rs 2.5 per equity Share (i.e. 125%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
