Muthoot Finance has allotted 9150 equity shares under ESOP on 29 September 2023. Post allotment, the Company's paid-up capital will be increased from Rs. 4,01,44,88,910 consisting of 40,14,48,891 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 4,01,45,80,410 consisting of 40,14,58,041 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
