Lancer Containers Lines has allotted 31,80,000 equity shares of face value of Rs 5 each on conversion of Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds on 29 September 2023. Additionally, 63,60,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5 each have been allotted pursuant to the bonus issue in 2:1 ratio.
Consequent to the aforesaid allotment of equity shares; the paid-up equity capital of the company has increased from Rs. 103,30,23,600/- consisting of 20,66,04,720 equity sharesof Rs. 5/- each to Rs.
108,07,23,600/- consisting of 21,61,44,720 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each.
