UTI Asset Management Company has allotted 64 equity shares under ESOS on 13 September 2023. Post the aforesaid allotment, the issued and paid-up share capital of the Company shall be increased from Rs 1,26,99,58,640 (12,69,95,864 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each) to Rs 1,26,99,59,280 (12,69,95,928 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each).
