Godrej Properties has allotted 10,540 equity shares under Godrej Properties Limited Employees Stock Grant Scheme, 2011. Consequently, with effect from September 08, 2023, the issued, subscribed and paid up capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 1,39,01,98,190 consisting of 27,80,39,638 equity shares of Rs. 5 each.
