LIC reduces stake in Welspun Corp
Life Insurance Corporation of India announced that Corporation's shareholding in Welspun Corp has diluted from 1,89,68,840 to 1,36,06,752 equity shares, decreasing its shareholding from 7.252% to 5.202% of the paid-up capital of the said Company. The shares were sold in open market at an average price of Rs 343.71 during the period 10 November 2022 to 04 September 2023.
