RBL Bank has allotted 3,23,743 equity shares under ESOP on 05 September 2023. Consequent to the above allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Bank has increased from 60,06,85,653 equity shares of Rs. 10 each aggregating to Rs. 600,68,56,530 to 60,10,09,396 equity shares of Rs. 10 each aggregating to Rs. 601,00,93,960.
