Board of Indiabulls Housing Finance approves public issue of NCDs up to Rs 200 cr
At meeting held on 31 August 2023
The Board of Indiabulls Housing Finance at its meeting held on 31 August 2023 has approved the public issue of secured, redeemable, non-convertible debentures of face value of Rs 1000 each for an amount of Rs 100 crore with an option to retain over subscription up to Rs 100 crore aggregating up to Rs 200 crore. The issue opens on 06 September 2023 and closes on 20 September 2023.
