Action Construction to acquire 74% stake in Romanian company
For $ 2.15 million, will also invest $ 4.5 million in same company
At the board meeting held on 11 January 2007, Action Construction Equipment has approved acquisition of 74% stake in a Romanian company, through the company's Cypursian wholly owned subsidiary (WOS), Frested, for a total cost of $ 2.15 million.
Accordingly, the company will also invest $ 4.5 million in that Romanian company.
