The Board of Rama Steel Tubes at its meeting held on 17 August 2023 approved the allotment of 20,94,240 pursuant to conversion of convertible warrant. Post conversion of warrant, the allottees are also entitled for 83,76,960 number of bonus shares reserved for outstanding convertible warrants in the ratio of 4:1 and accordingly 83,76,960 bonus equity shares are also been allotted on 20,94,240 equity shares post conversion of warrants.
Pursuant to above said allotment of equity shares as well as equity shares allotted pursuant to conversion of warrants, the issued and paid-up equity share capital of the company stands increased to Rs. 50,63,52,025/- divided into 50,63,52,025 equity shares of face value of Re. 1/- each.
