The Board of Bikaji Foods International on 11 August 2023 has allotted 5,10,320 equity shares of face value of Rs 1/- each fully paid-up to the eligible employees under the Employee Stock Option Scheme against the exercise of vested options.
Further, consequent to the above-mentioned allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs 24,95,09,880 consisting of 24,95,09,880 equity shares having face value of Rs 1 to Rs 25,00,20,200/- consisting of 25,00,20,200 equity shares having face value of Rs 1.
