Home First Finance Company India has allotted 49,964 equity shares under ESOP on 27 July 2023.
The paid-up share capital of the Company has accordingly increased from Rs.17,62,16,188 consisting of 8,81,08,094 equity shares having a face value of Rs. 2/- each to Rs. 17,63,16,116 consisting of 8,81,58,058 equity shares having a face value of Rs. 2/- each.
