UTI Asset Management Company has allotted 303 equity shares under ESOS on 18 July 2023. Post the aforesaid allotment, the issued and paid-up share capital of the Company shall be increased from Rs. 1,26,98,36,960 (12,69,83,696 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each)
to Rs. 1,26,98,39,990 (12,69,83,999 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each.
