Uno Minda receives NCLT approval for scheme of arrangement
Uno Minda announced that the Scheme of Arrangement of Harita Fehrer ('Wholly Owned Subsidiary/Transferor Company') and Minda Storage Batteries ('Wholly Owned Subsidiary/Demerged Company'), with Uno Minda ('Holding Company/Transferee Company/Resulting Company') and their respective shareholders and creditors, has been sanctioned by the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Court Ill, New Delhi (NCLT) vide Order dated 13 July 2023.
