ERIS Lifesciences has allotted 12,703 equity shares under ESOP on 07 July 2023. The paid up share capital of the Company accordingly stands increased from Rs.13,59,93,292/- (13,59,93,292 equity shares of Re. 1/- each) to Rs. 13,60,05,995 /- (13,60,05,995 equity shares of Re. 1/- each).
