ERIS Lifesciences acquires dermatology brands from subsidiary
For consideration of Rs 339.68 cr
ERIS Lifesciences announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Eris Oaknet Healthcare has transferred to the Company all the dermatology trademarks that had been previously acquired from Glenmark Pharmaceuticals and reported vide our disclosure dated 17 January 2023. The consideration for this intra group transfer is ~Rs.339.68 crore.
