Consequent to the allotment made on June 26, 2023, the Paid-up Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs 1,69,57,03,580 /- divided into 16,95,70,358 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each from Rs 1,69,26,75,710 /- divided into 16,92,67,571 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each.
