Board of Yes Bank approves fund raising up to Rs 2500 cr via debt issuance
At meeting held on 30 June 2023
The Board of Yes Bank at its meeting held on 23 June 2023 has approved borrowing / raising funds in Indian/foreign currency up to an amount of Rs. 2,500 crore by issue of debt securities including but not limited to non-convertible debentures, bonds, Medium Term Note (MTN).
