Intellect Design Arena has allotted 3,03,998 equity shares under ESOP on 22 June 2023. The Company is in the process of applying for listing and trading of the above shares on NSE and BSE. The paid-up share capital of the Company accordingly increases from Rs. 67,91,61,200/- divided into
13,58,32,240 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each to Rs. 68,06,81,190/- divided into 13,61,36,238 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each.
