360 ONE WAM has allotted 1,69,380 equity shares under ESOS on 20 June 2023. Consequent to the aforesaid allotment, the issued, subscribed and paid-up share capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 35,68,34,970/- comprising of 35,68,34,970 equity shares of Re. 1/- each to Rs. 35,70,04,350/- comprising of 35,70,04,350 equity shares of Re. 1/- each.
