Board of Yes Bank to consider fund raising via debt securities
On 23 June 2023
The Board of Yes Bank will meet on 23 June 2023 to consider and approved borrowing/raising funds in Indian/foreign currency by issue of debt securities including but not limited to non-convertible debentures, bonds, Medium Term Note (MTN) etc.
