Yes Bank has allotted 3,56,000 equity shares of Rs 2 each on 15 June 2023 under ESOP. Consequent to the allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Bank stands increased from Rs. 57,51,06,28,268/- consisting of 28,75,53,14,134 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each to Rs. 57,51,13,40,268/- consisting of 28,75,56,70,134 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
