Board of Jagran Prakashan appoints MD
At meeting held on 10 June 2023
The Board of Jagran Prakashan at its meeting held on 10 June 2023 has approved the appointment of Shailesh Gupta (DIN: 000192466), Whole-time Director of the Company, as the Managing Director of the Company w.e.f. 1 October, 2023, to hold office for a term of 5 (five) years as per the recommendations of the Succession Plan approved by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee on 11 December, 2022 and also approved by the Board of Directors on 17 January 2023. His appointment shall be subject to the approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting to be held on 25 August, 2023.
