Nazara Technologies hikes stake in Next Wave
Nazara Technologies has completed the acquisition of 6,500 each of Next Wave Multimedia (Next Wave), the subsidiary of the Company, for a total aggregate consideration of Rs.15 crore on 07 June 2023. With this acquisition, the Company's equity holding in Next Wave has increased from 52.38% to 71.88%, on fully diluted basis.
