Home First Finance Company India has allotted 19,955 equity shares under ESOP on 30 May 2023.
The paid-up share capital of the Company has accordingly increased from Rs. 17,61,76,278 of 8,80,88,139 equity shares having a face value of Rs. 2/- each to Rs.17,62,16,188 of 8,81,08,094 equity shares having a face value of Rs. 2/- each.
