Consequent to the allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Bank stands increased from Rs. 57,51,00,82,268/- consisting of 28,75,50,41,134 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each to Rs. 57,51,06,28,268/- consisting of 28,75,53,14,134 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each
