Ugro Capital has allotted 1,52,38,095 equity shares of Rs 10 each at a price of Rs 157.50 per share (including a premium of Rs 147.50 per share) to Danish Sustainable Development Goals Investment Fund K/S (Danish Fund) for a aggregate Rs 240 crore.
Consequent to the aforesaid allotment, the issued, subscribed, and paid-up share capital of the company has increased from 7,71,70,644 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each aggregating to Rs. 77,17,06,440/- to 9,24,08,739
equity shares of Rs. 10/- each aggregating to Rs. 92,40,87,390/-.
