Ganga Expressway Project SPV allots NCDs aggregating Rs 541.65 cr
IRB Infrastructure Developers announced that Meerut Buduan Expressway (MBEL) i.e. Ganga Expressway Project SPV, an associate of the Company, on 16 May 2023, has allotted Indian-rupee denominated unlisted, unsecured, redeemable, non-convertible debentures (NCDs) aggregating to Rs 541.65 crore on a private placement basis to the Company and GIC affiliate. The Company and GIC affiliate have contributed Rs 276.24 crore and Rs 265.41 crore respectively
