SBI Board to consider raising up to USD 2 bn via FCCBs in FY23
The Executive Committee of the Central Board of State Bank of India will meet on 18 April 2023 to examine the status and decide on long term fund raising in single / multiple tranches of up to US$ 2 Billion under Reg-S/144A, through a public offer and/or private placement of senior unsecured notes in US Dollar or any other convertible foreign currency during the Financial Year 2023-24.
