Happiest Minds Technologies raises Rs 45 cr via NCDs
The Board of Happiest Minds Technologies at its meeting held on 27 March 2023 has approved the allotment of 4500 Reset Rate Unsecured Rated Listed Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (INE419U08017) aggregating Rs 45 crore on private placement basis. The funds raised will be used towards the general corporate purposes of the company.
