Board of Ajanta Pharma approves buyback of shares for Rs 315 cr
At meeting held on 10 March 2023
The Board of Ajanta Pharma at its meeting held on 10 March 2023 has approved buyback of 22,10,500 equity shares at a price of Rs 1425 per share payable in cash for a total consideration not exceeding Rs 315 crore.
