C.E. Info Systems invest Rs 2.99 cr in Indrones Solutions
C.E. Info Systems has completed the tranche one acquisition of 1477 compulsorily convertible preference shares of Indrones Solutions for an investment of Rs 2.99 crore resulting in a stake of 11.11% on fully diluted basis.
