Board of Captain Pipes approves stock split and bonus issue
At meeting held on 27 January 2023
The Board of Captain Pipes at its meeting held on 27 January 2023 has approved increase in authorised share capital from Rs 6 crore to Rs 16 crore. The Board also approved sub-division of equity share of Rs 10 each into 10 equity shares of Re 1 each. The Board approved the bonus issue in ratio of 2:1.
