Board of Varun Beverages approves agreement with PepsiCo for Morocco territory
At meeting held on 01 November 2022
The Board of Varun Beverages at its meeting held on 01 November 2022 has approved the proposal to enter into an agreement by Varun Beverages Morocco SA (a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company) to distribute & sell "Lays, Doritos and Cheetos" for PepsiCo wholly owned subsidiaries in the territory of Morocco with effect from January, 2023.
