Board of Ramkrishna Forgings recommends Interim Dividend
Of Rs.0.50 per share
Ramkrishna Forgings announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 21 October 2022, has recommended a Interim dividend of Rs.0.50 per share (i.e.25%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
