UTI Asset Management Company has allotted 673 equity shares under ESOS. Post allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased from Rs. 1,26,96,09,850 (12,69,60,985 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each) to Rs. 1,26,96,16,580 (12,69,61,658 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each).
