IIFL Finance update on notes listed on SGX
IIFL Finance announced that it has cancelled U.S.$ 49,708,000 in total principal amount of its 5.875% Notes due 2023 (ISIN: XS2113454115) (Notes) that were repurchased. Following the cancellation of the purchased Notes, the outstanding aggregate principal amount of the Notes is U.S.$ 273,992,000 on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading.
