Board of Hindustan Zinc appoints director
At meeting held on 24 August 2022
The Board of Hindustan Zinc at its meeting held on 24 August 2022 has approved the appointment of Kannan Ramamirtham (DIN: 00227980) as Additional Non-Executive Independent Director on the Board of the Company for a period of 1 year effective from 01 September 2022 to 31 August 2023, subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
