Board of Lancer Containers Lines approves issue of FCCBs
On 12 August 2022
The Board of Lancer Containers Lines at its meeting held on 12 August 2022 has agreed to issue and allot Zero % Unsecured Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs) of USD 100,000 each, for an aggregate value of USD30 million (subject to Green shoe option /FCCB option for additional USD 15 million), with the option to the holders thereof to convert such FCCBs into equity shares of 10 each fully paid at conversion price of Rs. 250 per share, subject to the terms and conditions specified in the offering Memorandum dated 12 August 2022.
