Board of IRB Infrastructure Developers recommends Interim Dividend
Of Rs.1.25 per share
IRB Infrastructure Developers announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 05 august 2022, has recommended a Final dividend of Rs.1.25 per share (i.e.12.5%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
