Genesys International Corporation has allotted 42,790 equity shares under ESOP on 25 July 2022.
Consequently, post-allotment the paid-up capital of the company shall stand increased to Rs 17,68,48,515/- divided into 3,53,69,703 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5/- each.
