Board of XPRO India allots 59.06 lakh bonus equity shares
On 06 July 2022
The Board of XPRO India at its meeting held on 06 July 2022 has allotted 59,06,744 fully paid-up bonus equity shares of Rs. 10 each in the ratio 1:2. Consequently, the paid-up equity share capital has increased to 1,77,20,231 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
