Board of MAS Financial Services approves allotment of NCDs aggregating Rs 100 cr
At meeting held on 06 June 2022
The Board of MAS Financial Services at its meeting held on 06 June 2022 has approved allotment of 1000 rated, senior, secured, listed, transferable, redeemable, principal protected market linked non-convertible debentures denominated in Indian Rupees, each having a face value of Rs 10,00,000 each aggregating to Rs 100 crore on a private placement basis.
