SIS completes acquisition of 9.83% stake in Staqu Technologies
SIS announced that out of the proposed acquisition of 10.01% shareholding in Staqu Technologies, the company has acquired 9.83% and the acquisition of remaining 0.18% shareholding was not completed due to non-fulfilment of conditions precedent in the definitive agreements by one of the shareholders of Staqu.
