Board of NHPC approves raising debt up to Rs 6300 cr in FY23
At meeting held on 25 May 2022
The Board of NHPC at its meeting held on 25 May 2022 has approved proposal for raising debt up to Rs 6300 crore during financial year 2022-23 through of secured/ unsecured, redeemable, taxable, non-cumulative non-convertible taxable Corporate Bonds in one or more series/tranches on private placement basis and/or raising of Term loans/External Commercial Borrowings (ECB) in suitable tranches.
