Board of Cera Sanitaryware recommends special dividend
Of Rs 15 per share
Cera Sanitaryware announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 10 May 2022, inter alia, have recommended the special dividend of Rs 15 per equity Share (i.e. 300%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
