Board of IIFL Finance approves fund raising up to Rs 10000 cr via NCDs
At meeting held on 28 April 2022
The Board of IIFL Finance at its meeting held on 28 April 2022 has approved the enabling annual resolution for raising funds through issue of non-convertible debentures, on a private placement basis, upto a limit of Rs. 10,000 crore, subject to approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
